Research associate focusing on human-robot interaction research with the intention to design responsible, trustworthy robotic systems that enhance human connection and social engagement.

My research focuses on:

  • Measuring social engagement and trust dynamics in human-robot teams

  • Designing robots that facilitate human-to-human interaction

  • Developing systems for analysing and logging robot behaviour

  • Emotion recognition and affective computing in social robots

  • Translating research findings into real-world applications and public engagement
